Job Description
Position: Program Manager
Reports To: Executive Director
Salary Range: $24,000 - $36,000 per year
A program manager will be responsible for generating successful outcomes of projects and/or initiatives identified by the members. Program managers will work under the guidance of the Executive Director.
Duties will include:
· Assist in the creation of a functioning committee for all assigned projects.
· Attend all committee meetings
· Coordinate activities and act as a resource for all committees formed to work on the assigned project.
· Reach out to individuals, organizations, businesses, and government resources to optimize the work of the committee and ensure that community collaboration occurs.
· Develop a migration path for the committee that results in a measurable outcome in a defined time frame
· Motivate and encourage committee members to excel in their project
Demonstrated proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Outlook), QuickBooks, grant writing, start-up budget development, strong writing and presentation skills, ability to work on their own with little direction.
