Vision North Port is a citizen-based, community organization whose vision is to unite the city, county, and community residents through a grassroots, community-initiated vision and master planning process which will result in the growth and preservation of North Port as a high quality of life, environmentally attractive, and economically viable community. The organization is focused on creating a forum where dialogue can occur and therefore encourage community engagement.
Vision North Port is currently involved in a number of community initiatives and activities. This website serves as an informational vehicle to communicate and inform residents on a wide range of community activities and projects. Through the website, citizens are informed about committee activities, volunteer opportunities, and the vision and master planning process. Vision North Port strives to engage, encourage, and energize residents and stakeholders to participate in a wide range of community initiatives.
Vision North Port is enjoying tremendous success - participation is growing and committees are active!
